Building on a legacy that began in 1998 , IPEKA Makassar Christian School provides Christ-centered education grounded in a Biblical worldview, helping students discover their purpose in God’s plan. Through the IPEKA Christian Education Curriculum and Play-Based Learning, students are encouraged to think creatively, express ideas, and grow holistically in academics, character, morality, and spiritual life.

From the first years of learning to university preparation, each educational level is thoughtfully designed to nurture students' academic, spiritual, social, and personal growth, guided by the IPEKA Christian Education Curriculum (ICE-C). Through age-appropriate learning experiences, students develop the knowledge, skills, Christ-like character, and Biblical worldview to flourish throughout their educational journey and beyond.
Learning begins through our Play-Based learning approach, where children develop foundational literacy, numeracy, communication, and social-emotional skills while discovering God's world through hands-on experiences. Within an English-speaking environment, young learners build confidence, curiosity, and a strong foundation for lifelong learning.
Students build a strong academic foundation through the integration of the National Curriculum within a Christ-centered learning environment. Supported by blended learning and technology integration, they develop critical thinking, collaboration, communication, and problem-solving skills while connecting classroom learning to real-world experiences. Students also strengthen their English literacy through the PM Reader programme, developing strong reading habits and an appreciation for quality literature.
Students are encouraged to take greater ownership of their learning while developing the skills needed to navigate an increasingly complex world. Through blended learning, technology integration, collaborative projects, and meaningful inquiry, they strengthen critical thinking, communication, and leadership skills while growing in character, responsibility, and Christian values. From Junior High through graduation, students progressively strengthen their academic writing and research skills in English, preparing them for university and scholarship applications.

To ensure future readiness, our Pathways to University Program equips students to explore their interests, make informed decisions, and prepare confidently for their educational journey ahead.
