IPEKA BALIKPAPAN Middle and High School Building Officially Opened!

 

Praise and gratitude for God's grace, today the IPEKA family joined the Inauguration Service for the IPEKA BALIKPAPAN Middle and High School Building. The inauguration was marked by a ribbon-cutting procession by the General Chair of the GKY Synod (Church of Christ Jesus) Pdt. Yohanes Adrie Hartopo, Ph.D., Chair of the IPEKA Erwin Wijaya Foundation, and IPEKA Christian School Operations Director Pdt. Handojo.

The Inauguration Service for the IPEKA BALIKPAPAN Middle and High School Building was attended by leaders from IPEKA Christian School, representatives from the Governing Body of the Faith, Hope and Love Foundation, the synod of the Church of Christ Jesus (GKY), and representatives from GKY Balikpapan. The event was also attended by the Head of the Balikpapan City Education and Culture Office, Muhaimin, M.T., and Head of the Regional I Education and Culture Office of East Kalimantan Province, Mutanto, S.Pd., M.Si

In his remarks, the Head of the Balikpapan City Education and Culture Office, Muhaimin, M.T. said “We hope that IPEKA can make a positive contribution to the quality and quality of education in East Kalimantan, especially Balikpapan City. As we know, the current capacity for public SMA/SMK students in Balikpapan is only 48 percent, so most students will attend private SMA/SMK.”
