IPEKA Christian School Holds First Online Retreat for Elementary School Students

In the current Covid-19 pandemic, we must have felt worried, afraid, bored, or had difficulty dealing with learning conditions from home, unable to communicate with many people. This often makes us feel as if God doesn't love us.

Thank God for this March IPEKA Christian School again held an online retreat for elementary school students in Grades 5-6. This online retreat was the first experience so this retreat was well designed for the students. This retreat is divided into several sessions, there are joint sessions, sessions at each location, and also sessions in small groups. Not only that but at this online retreat, there was also an Opening Service hosted by Ev. Yulianti Yolanda, Puppet Stage presented by Ev. Anthony Chandra, and also the KKR themed “Jesus Loves Me” which was presented by Ev. Anne Kartawijaya.

This online retreat has the theme "Jesus and Me". Through this retreat, it is hoped that all participants will realize that God is always there to care for, love, and be with us in all circumstances in our lives. The retreat committee hopes that this retreat can invite students to have the heart of a disciple of Christ who is willing to learn and be taught.
