Our Virtual Field Trip

The pandemic situation does force us to carry out the online teaching and learning process, but it does not become a barrier for IPEKA Christian School to continue to provide the best quality in education, and activities that can support and enrich the learning process must continue to be carried out.

Field trip activities which under normal conditions are carried out by direct visits to several objects to provide new insights and carry out direct learning in the field are still being carried out, namely through Virtual Field Trips.

As experienced by IPEKA Tomang TKK students, they enjoy virtual field trips by visiting Taman Safari, West Java, or like the experience of 5th grade students of IPEKA SUNTER SDK who visited the Indonesian Presidential Museum Balai Kartini, Jakarta. Indeed, the virtual field trip activities are different, but they still feel the same excitement and joy.

Besides being able to go on an excursion with friends virtually, both students, parents, and teachers can relieve boredom while at home. At the Safari Park, students can learn and see various types of animals. Meanwhile, grade 5 students who visited the Presidential Museum of the Republic of Indonesia Balai Kartini received information from the presentation of memorabilia and visuals from the presidents and vice presidents of Indonesia. They can see and imitate the achievements that have been achieved by each President of the Republic of Indonesia during his tenure.
