The National Science Olympiad (OSN) is an olympiad organized by the National Achievement Center, Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology of the Republic of Indonesia.
This OSN is carried out regularly every year to encourage the enthusiasm and fighting power of students, and facilitate talents and interests to achieve the best achievements of students in the field of science. OSN is also carried out to conduct screening and guidance to prospective participants to represent Indonesia at the international science olympiad.
This year OSN carries the theme "Sains Pulihkan Negeri (Science Restores the Country)", covering the fields of Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Informatics/Computers, Astronomy, Economics, Earth, and Geography. For the Provincial level, the Science Olympiad will be held on August 23-26, 2022 in their respective schools.
