- Strong understanding of data collection methods across various touchpoints (social media, website, CRM, etc.).
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques (e.g., Excel, Google Analytics, social media analytics platforms, SQL, R, Python, or similar).
- Ability to define and measure marketing ROI and other relevant KPIs.
