Basically, knowing temperament is not an attempt to justify the neglect of one's weaknesses or an attempt to label a person or group of people. However, knowing your temperament is expected to be a place to understand yourself and others. With this understanding, we can be more objective in seeing the strengths and weaknesses of ourselves/others. After understanding, we can do introspection and try to improve ourselves. In addition, by understanding "why they do what they do" it is easier for us to accept and love them.
